Accounts are not open yet. Wickd.Platform.Api serves no identity route, so there is nothing to send these credentials to — WA-AUT-01 adds users and sessions, and WA-AUT-02 adds the referral codes sign-up requires.

The fields below are shown so you can see what will be asked for. They accept nothing while this notice stands — a form that took a password it could not deliver would be the more misleading of the two.
